SeaTime Condominium is a one hundred unit complex located in North Ocean City between 135th and 136th Street on the ocean side of Coastal Highway. Fifty four of our units at SeaTime are Timesharing and are governed by the SeaTime Interval Owners Association. Sixteen of our timesharing units are three bedrooms with the remaining thirty-eight being one bedroom units.
For those not familiar with timesharing, it is a form of ownership in which a person owns a particular property, as in this case a specified unit, for a specified week. Each unit potentially has fifty-two owners, the same number of weeks in a year calendar year. (For example, if an individual owns a particular unit for interval #1, that unit is available for their use the first Friday of every calendar year.)
SeaTime has one and three bedroom units. Our one-bedroom units are approximately 675 square feet and with one bedroom, one bathroom, living room and a full kitchen. They are furnished with two double beds in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room; they can accommodate 4-6 persons. Our three bedroom units are approximately 1350 square feet and have three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, living room and full kitchen. They are furnished with a king size bed in two of the bedrooms and two double beds in the third bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room; they can accommodate 8–10 persons. All our units are equipped with a full size stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Also all units have a washer and dryer, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils and cookware. Units have wall-to-wall carpeting and central heating & air-conditioning. One-bedroom units have two color TV’s and three bedroom units have four TV’s. The living room TV’s are equipped with DVD players. All units have private telephones and local calls are free.

Maintenance fees are $360.00 annually for a one bedroom unit and $504.00 annually for a three bedroom unit. There are no other fees normally associated with ownership. All taxes, utilities and service bills are paid by the Management Company from the owners’ maintenance fees. Billing is done semi-annually on October 1st and April 1st. All units/intervals are deeded properties and conveyed via Fee Simple Deed. The intervals (weeks) at SeaTime run Friday to Friday. Interval #1 begins on the first Friday of each calendar year and continues counting forward each successive Friday. SeaTime Condominium is affiliated with Resort Condominium International (RCI): one of the top timesharing exchange organizations in the world. All units at SeaTime can be space banked and exchanged by RCI members. Owners may also bank with other trading companies.
